Dru Yoga combines traditional Hatha postures with flowing movement sequences, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, mantras and visualisation, to provide holistic healing to your entire being.
These classes will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened, grounded and calm.
Suitable for those who are new to Dru or new/in-experienced in Yoga… or anyone seeking to re-connect to themselves. All sizes, shapes, levels of fitness and cynicism welcome!
